Reasons we <3 Patrick Dempsey
Why do we fans LOVE Patrick Dempsey? I expect that Patrick wonders why he is so popular, so I thought it would be fitting to write down my reasons why. If you have something to add, please do. 
We all know he is attractive, so probably no need to go into all the “he’s hot!” stuff. 
we know he is hot.
My reasons:
- His kindness. Patrick shows his obvious kindness when you hear stories of fans meeting him, etc.
- He appreciates his fans! He makes the time to show them this when he meets them and talks to them for as long as he can and gets a picture taken with them, etc.
- He is a humanitarian and loyal. He wanted to do something to help his home town and he and his sister put together the Dempsey Cancer Center for Hope and Healing.
- He is real. There is no fake person here, what you see is what you get.
- He loves his family. This is a big one for me. He obviously adores his entire family. Including mother, sisters, wife and kids.
- Racing is sexy.
- Acting is sexy.
Okay- I said we wouldn’t go off on his looks. That isn’t about looks, its about sexy!

His passion for life.
Everything he does, he does fully. He doesn’t half ass things, he doesn’t just coast or anything like that, he just jumps in with full passion and full steam ahead. Acting, his family, charity, cycling, even the cologne and well of course racing…he just fully embraces all of it and gets totally involved with every detail. He just lives with such a passion.
And his warmth. As someone who’s met him…he’s so nice and warm and…warm. He just gives off this feeling of being…warm and loving and so damn nice. There’s something very magnetic about him.
Plus, he’s hot.
And everything you said.
I adore Patrick. I adore and admire him so much. I tried not to list his looks and all that, but seriously… he’s beautiful inside and out. I feel it’s necessary to represent all the things I love about Patrick as a whole person. So… his looks are definitely included
Ok so…
- He’s honest, down to earth and isn’t afraid of speaking his mind.
- He’s absolutely gorgeous, yet is very modest about it. He’s in no way arrogant.
- His passion for life, family, racing and acting is breath taking.
- He’s an amazingly talented actor, and can portray any character he’s given. He brings Derek Shepherd to life and puts forth that character in a realistic way.
- He has beautiful eyes that just draw you in, and they can tell you exactly what he’s feeling.
- He’s an amazing father, and loves his family dearly.
- His smile can brighten your day, and he has a laugh that’s contagious.
-He gets all giddy about racing, and isn’t afraid to show when he really loves something.
- His voice alone can give me butterflies.
- He’s humble, and doesn’t take what he has for granted
- He loves his fans, and appreciates them a lot. He feels lucky to have found a job again, and believe that everyone should be grateful for what they are and have been given.
- He’s quite humorous when he wants to be, always likes to flirt and joke around, and he’s very witty.
- He can make anything sexy.
- He’s modest about all his achievements in life and in his career.
- He can be moved to tears when he or a his team does well at something
- He’s very very generous. His work in charity alone is amazing. His creation of the Dempsey Cancer Center for Hope and Healing is fantastic. He’s always out there promoting it. It’s a cause he truly believes in and it’s also a way to recognize his mother, and what she’s been through. He believes that no one should be alone in a time of need.
- He’s just an amazing person and I wish someday I could have the honor of meeting him.
All in all… he is perfection. He’s just a brilliant person, actor, and is beautiful inside and out. I will love this man forever. He is someone I greatly admire and look up to. More people should have his morals and values. The world would be a better place for it.
