Chris Horner; Professional cyclist and 4 time Tour De France competitor has announced that he will take part in this years Dempsey Challenge.  Chris currently is riding on Lance Armstrong’s team and is placed 25th overall.
Also riding in the Dempsey Challenge is George Hincapie. George rode with Patrick Dempsey and team last year during the first challenge.

Shannon is an inspiration in her quest to become the highest fund raiser for the Dempsey Challenge. The Dempsey Challenge events were held this weekend in Lewiston, Maine. 2 of my personal friends attended the event; Shannon Gilmartin, was the top fundraiser and Christy Chase raised enough funds to attend the dinner as well.  Way to go girls!

LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing at Central Maine Medical Center has announced the addition of music therapy to its wellness services for cancer patients and caregivers.
